Lindsey Paolella is the proud owner and operator of Platinum Dance Company, where she also shares her passion as a choreographer and instructor. With 14 years of experience, Lindsey specializes in technique, jazz, tap, musical theater, and tumbling. She loves creating a positive, encouraging environment where students feel supported, build confidence, develop discipline, and grow both on and off the stage. Watching each dancer discover their strengths and shine in their own unique way is one of Lindsey’s greatest joys.
Audreyann Hockett
Competition Team Choreographer. Instructor.
Audreyann’s passion for dance began in Texas, where she grew as both a dancer and performer. After completing her high school training at Platinum Dance Company, she continued her education at CLI in Massachusetts, deepening her artistry and expanding her training. With four years of teaching experience, Audreyann loves helping students build confidence, discover their individuality, and find joy in movement. She specializes in technique, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, and musical theater.
Stephanie Mas
Competition Team Choreographer. Instructor.
Stephanie Mas, originally from Miami, Florida, is a certified dance educator and yoga practitioner who brings more than 20 years of professional performance and teaching experience to her students. Now living in Trumbull County, she is passionate about helping dancers find their unique voice, build confidence, collaborate with purpose, and grow both as artists and as individuals.
Aubrey Lampman
Competition Team Choreographer. Instructor.
Aubrey is a proud Platinum Dance Company graduate who is continuing her education at KSU, majoring in business with a minor in dance. She is also a member of the KSU dance team, continuing to grow as both a dancer and performer. Aubrey specializes in technique, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, and hip hop. She loves sharing her passion for dance with students and encouraging them to build confidence, have fun, and shine in their own unique way.
Marissa Bazil
Tumbling Instructor. Cheer Instructor.
Marissa is a highly sought-after cheer and tumbling coach with a passion for helping athletes grow in skill, strength, and confidence. She spent seven years as an All-Star cheerleader with World Elite and has been teaching at Platinum Dance Company for the past five years. During that time, Marissa has helped develop many strong, talented, and confident tumblers. Her encouraging approach and extensive experience make her an invaluable part of the PDC team.
McKenna Bianco
Competition Team Choreographer. Instructor.
McKenna Bianco is a professional dancer, choreographer, and instructor from Northeast Ohio. Trained in multiple styles, she is passionate about using movement to inspire self-expression, connection, and storytelling. McKenna performs with a contemporary dance company in Cleveland and has appeared in live productions, music videos, and visual projects. In 2026, she proudly represented Team USA at the Dance World Cup in Europe. As an instructor, McKenna loves helping dancers build confidence, embrace their individuality, and find their unique voice through movement.
